They are the number 10 seed and will face the number 7 seed, Bainbridge-Guilford, on Wednesday, October 18 at Bainbridge-Guilford at 3:30 PM.

The Girls Modified Soccer team ended their season with a 1-1 tie vs Lansing, after dominating on the field last night.
Claire Hewitt had the lone goal. Great season, girls!


Groton Jr/Sr High School - Picture Retake Day!


Girls Modified defeated Whitney Point 1-0. The only goal was made by Makanzee Cain to secure the win!


This coming Friday, October 6th, 2023, during half time of the Homecoming football game at Ross Field: Naming of the Pressbox!


Middle School Drama Club Interest Meeting!


Last night several ECHS 10-12th graders attended a college fair at Onondaga Community College.
The students went around to the different colllege reps to gather information and to see what majors the colleges had to offer.


Capital Project Update


Girls Varsity Soccer won last night vs. Whitney Point 8-1. Goals scored by Freshman Brooke Sovocool and Sophomore Lauren Gallinger (both with their first varsity career goals), Jill Zigenfus, Devyn Blasz and by seniors Alexa Miller and Sharla Lockwood. Two goals by Sophomore Diella Nino.

The Groton Varsity Football Team beat Oxford Central School DIstrict 44-6 this past Friday night. Both the Varsity Football and Cheerleading displayed great effort and sportsmanship throughout the game.
> Nick Karandayev-7 Carries 108 yds 2 rushing TD. Three receptions for 64 yards and 1 Receiving TD (1 Interception returned for TD) 4TD total.
> Garritt Moffitt- 5 carries for 70 yards and 1 Rushing TD 4 for 5 passing 60 yards 1 Passing TD (1 Interception returned for TD)

> Talan O’Connor and Carmelo Israel combined for two block punts and a fumble recovery.

Girls Varsity Soccer won again last night in a 2-1 OT game vs. Union Springs. Sophomore Riley Vliet with a goal and Kadyn Casterline with the game winning goal in OT off a deflected assist by Bailey Vliet. Freshman Stella Holl with 13 saves.


Groton Girls JV and Varsity volleyball defeated Moravia last night at home. Great job!


Congratulations to the Groton Girls Varsity Soccer team on their shut out WIN last night!


The Cross Country Teams had a solid showing at Stonehedges Golf Course last evening. Up against 6 IAC teams and a race of almost 30 boys, Jacob Jandrokovic was the Boys overall winner in the Modified race. In her first ever Cross Country competition, Brianne Adsitt placed 6th in the Girls Modified Race of nearly 30 runners.
The Varsity boys placed 3rd in the meet out of 6 teams with Ross Bush leading the charge. In a race of nearly 50 runners, Ross was 5th across the line. Carter Naginey placed 11th, Tristin Weeks 25th and Drew Bush and Jordan Roberson were 32nd and 33rd overall.
The Varsity Boys will travel to Vernon Verona Sherill this Saturday to preview the State Meet Course. Wish them luck in their first major invitational.
